As any of my regular readers will tell you, I’ve been a little flower crazy…  I can’t get enough of them, so I hope you enjoy the wildflowers as much as I enjoyed painting them!

Summer is winding down and fall is on its way!

I love fresh flowers, besides they enliven and beautify your home, they’re also a great subject for a painting.

As any of my former colleagues will tell you, I’ve been a little pink/magenta crazy… Magenta blouses, scarves, accessories, and even in presentations or other design work I haven’t been afraid to use this vibrant color — I love it!

My children gave me this lovely bouquet for Mother’s Day.

Great news! In September there will be an exhibition of art work made by students of my teacher at the Visual Arts Center of New Jersey.

I made this painting during my pastel class today. It is always very inspiring to see the demo of my teacher first.
